DURATHON™
is a vulcanized / cured rubber and comes in rolls of different
thickness and width. This product is specially designed to withstand
rain, UV, sun, storms, heat, cold and is very resistant –
most other surfaces start to “crack” when exposed
to different temperatures.
Durathon also known as Prefabricated Rubber combines natural
rubber for resilience and tear resistance with synthetic rubber
for strength and long life. Solid color from top to bottom with
no multi-colored fibers, Prefabricated Rubber can stand up to
heavy traffic and hard use, and still maintain its outstanding
resilience and uniform appearance year after year. Surface textures
include fieldhouse embossing for multi-purpose use, and track
embossing for running tracks. Won’t fade, crack, peel,
or wear unevenly, and requires no coatings. |

Durathon is tested under the international
standards of ASTM for rubber products, and has been certified
under IAAF and D.I.N. 18035, Part 6. for elongation at break,
tensile strength, spike resistance, and color stability.
Durathon was just installed in Greece at one of the Olympic
Tracks at 2004 Athens Olympic Games. We have already
installed various prestigious projects supplying our Durathon
Flooring in Korea, Taiwan, Tokyo and other countries with installation
references worldwide still in use after 17 years even for the
outdoor formula. |
